At CLEANZY, we process your personal data for various purposes and on different legal bases depending on how you interact with us:

1 - Formalize your registration as a user in the registration tab of our website and mobile application, based on the maintenance, compliance, development, and execution of the contractual relationship established between you and CLEANZY.

2 - Send commercial communications, promotions, products, or services of CLEANZY via email, provided you expressly consent to this during your registration as a user of the website or application, based on the consent given.

3 - Process and manage the outsourcing of cleaning, ironing, and alteration services through our CLEANZY franchise chain when you confirm an order, based on the legal basis of executing the contractual relationship between CLEANZY and you.

Please note that to manage cleaning services, CLEANZY will need to use the franchisee best suited to your situation, as the franchisee will be the entity providing the selected service from the location closest to your collection address. Thus, CLEANZY must share your personal data with the CLEANZY franchisee so they can provide it to you.

4 - If you have requested to receive our "CLEANZY Franchise Dossier," we will process your data to contact you and send (via email, phone, or other instant messaging such as WhatsApp) the commercial information you requested regarding the structure and operation of the CLEANZY franchise system. The basis for processing will be the consent you provided by filling out the form and requesting the information.

5 - Whenever you provide us with your consent by checking the corresponding box, we will process your data to offer you via third-party websites and online platforms or social networks (Google, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn), personalized advertising, offers, and promotions related to CLEANZY products and services that may better suit your preferences. In this regard, you should keep in mind that this sharing of personal data is necessary for managing your service with our franchisee and that if you refuse such communication, we will not be able to provide the services you requested.

Similarly, provided you give us your consent by checking the corresponding box, to offer you personalized advertising, offers, and promotions related to CLEANZY products and services that may be better suited to your preferences via third-party websites and online platforms or social networks (Google, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn), it will be necessary for us to share your personal data with the third parties managing them.

Moreover, your personal data may be shared with public authorities where required by applicable regulations in each case.
