You must carefully read the following provisions because they constitute a contact establishing the general conditions of the products and services of the electronic catalog of the Company CLEANZY SARL.

The "click" that you will execute after having completed your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will be worth irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

Consequently, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.

The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the CLEANZY website and mobile application. Any order placed on the mobile application and the website implies the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of services and products of the company CLEANZY SARL on the Internet, through the secure platform of online payment from the Center Monétique Interbancaire.

CLEANZY is a service and a brand registered by CLEANZY SARL.

In the rest of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood within the meaning of its definition, namely:

- "Remote contract": any contract concerning goods or services between the CLEANZY Company and a Consumer within the framework of a system of sale or provision of services at a distance organized by the Company CLEANZY SARL which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.

- "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.

- "Order form": document which indicates the characteristics of the Services or Products ordered by the Consumer and which he must sign by "double click" to commit him.

- “Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Services or Products and the CLEANZY Company to deliver them.

All the services and products present in the catalog are marketed while stocks last.

The CLEANZY company reserves the right to withdraw from the catalog an article or a service offered, without notice. It can in no way be held to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the service or the product purchased for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already possessed by the buyer.

After finding the service or products that interest you, click on the "order" button, the product is then added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by pressing continue orders.

When you have finished shopping, validate your order by clicking on the "pay" order button.

In the event of an error on your part, when entering the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours. After cancellation of the order by CLEANZY, you can order again.

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirham all taxes included (VAT included), are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.

The VAT included is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan dirham. Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.

The order will be executed at the latest within 48 hours from the day following that on which the Consumer placed his order.

In the event of unavailability of the Service or the Product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of canceling his order.

He will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days of their payment at the latest, or a credit note on the mobile application.

Delivery is provided by the CLEANZY franchisee closest to the collection and delivery address of the items. The customer will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on his Order Form.

The Services or Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the cleaned items or products on delivery and report any damage due to cleaning or ironing to the CLEANZY Company within 24 hours.

Transport costs are free if the order is greater than 150 DH. Otherwise, delivery costs for delivery within 48 hours are charged at 20 Dirhams. Express delivery within 24 hours is charged at 40 Dirhams.

- Our prices include VAT and are calculated on the basis of the delivery time.

- The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.

After receiving your payment, we process your laundry and your order is shipped within 48 hours. If cleaning requires additional time, we will email you to let you know.

Any delays cannot give rise to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to take delivery.

To pay for your order, you choose the means of payment among those offered by CLEANZY on the payment page: payment on delivery or payment by credit card through one-off orders or the purchase of monthly subscriptions.

Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a completely secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees the CLEANZY Company that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the Order Form.

In the event of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card and between the CLEANZY Company and its banking establishment apply.

The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially.

You have the right to rectify data concerning you.

In the event of cancellation of the order, a credit note is offered on the platform in order to be able to use the CLEANZY cleaning and ironing services.

From the date of delivery of your order of e-commerce products, you have a period of 24 hours to assert your right of withdrawal, and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods remaining at your expense. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.

In the event that an item has been damaged during cleaning and CLEANZY is held liable, a compensation guarantee is offered based on the price of the service: compensation equal to seven times the price of the service relating to the damaged item is offered to the customer.

The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of CLEANZY SARL constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and CLEANZY SARL.

CLEANZY SARL is only held to perform its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure comes to hinder them..
