You have just logged into the Cleanzy mobile app and the website Cleanzy.ma of CLEANZY SARL.

You must carefully read the following provisions as they constitute a contract establishing the general conditions for the products and services in the electronic catalog of CLEANZY SARL.

The ‘click’ you make after filling out your order form constitutes the validation of your order and constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

As a result, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions outlined below.

I. Preamble

The following general terms of sale govern all transactions made on the CLEANZY website and mobile app. Any order placed on the mobile app or website implies the client's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

II. Purpose

This contract is a distance contract aimed at defining the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of services and products by CLEANZY SARL over the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Monetary Center.

CLEANZY is a service and a registered trademark of CLEANZY SARL.

III. Definitions

In this contract, each of the expressions mentioned above is defined as follows:

- ‘Distance Contract’: any contract concerning goods or services between CLEANZY and a Consumer under a distance selling or service provision system organized by CLEANZY SARL, which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network up to and including the conclusion of the contract.

- ‘Consumer’: any individual who, in this contract, acts for purposes not related to their professional activity.

- ‘Order Form’: document indicating the characteristics of the Services or Products ordered by the Consumer which must be signed by ‘double click’ to commit.

- ‘Order’: act by which the Consumer commits to purchasing Services or Products and CLEANZY commits to delivering them.

IV. Products and Services

All services and products in the catalog are sold until stocks are exhausted.

CLEANZY reserves the right to withdraw an item or service from the catalog without prior notice. It cannot be held liable for damages or cancellations of an order due to the inability to use the purchased service or product due to incompatibility with the buyer’s existing equipment.

V. Placing an Order

After finding the service(s) or product(s) you are interested in, click on the ‘order’ button, and the product will be added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by clicking on continue shopping.

When you have finished shopping, confirm your order by clicking on the ‘pay’ button.

In case of an error on your part while filling out the order form, we recommend sending us a cancellation request by email within 24 hours. After CLEANZY cancels the order, you may reorder.

VI. Prices

Prices mentioned in the catalog are in Moroccan Dirhams, including all taxes (VAT included), valid at the time of consultation by the customer, and are those in effect at the time of the order.

VAT included is calculated in the order form based on the applicable rate on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are in Moroccan Dirhams. Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

VII. Order Execution

The order will be executed no later than 48 hours from the day following the day the Consumer placed their order.

In case of unavailability of the ordered Service or Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.

They can then choose to request either a refund of the amounts paid within thirty days at most from their payment or a credit on the mobile app.

VIII. Delivery

Delivery is handled by the nearest CLEANZY franchisee to the collection and delivery address of the items. The customer will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on their Order Form.

Services or Products are delivered to the address specified by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the cleaned items or products upon delivery and report any damages due to cleaning or ironing to CLEANZY within 24 hours.

What is the cost of delivery?

Transport fees are free if the order exceeds 150 DH. Otherwise, delivery fees for a 48-hour delivery are charged at 20 Dirhams. An express 24-hour delivery is charged at 40 Dirhams.

- Our rates are inclusive of all taxes and are calculated based on the delivery time.

- The cost of transport for your delivery is indicated on your invoice.

What are the delivery times?

After receiving your payment, we process your laundry, and your order is dispatched within 48 hours. If cleaning requires additional time, we will send you an email to inform you.

Any delays shall not give rise to damages, order cancellations, or refusal to accept delivery.

IX. Payment Method

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by CLEANZY on the payment page: payment upon delivery or payment by credit card through one-time orders or the purchase of monthly subscriptions.

Your online payments are secured by the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees CLEANZY that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the Order Form.

In the case of credit card payment, the provisions related to the fraudulent use of the payment method provided in the agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer and between CLEANZY and its bank apply.

X. Data Confidentiality

The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is handled confidentially.

You have the right to rectify your data.

XI. Cancelling a Card Payment Order

In the case of order cancellation, a credit is offered on the platform to use CLEANZY’s cleaning and ironing services.

XII. Right of Withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your e-commerce product order, you have a period of 24 hours to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully refunded. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete, and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.

XIII. Warranty

If an item was damaged during cleaning and CLEANZY's responsibility is engaged, a compensation guarantee is offered based on the service price: compensation equal to seven times the service price related to the damaged item is offered to the customer.

XIV. Proof of Card Payments

The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of CLEANZY SARL constitutes proof of the commercial transactions between you and CLEANZY SARL.

XV. Force Majeure

CLEANZY SARL is only bound to perform its obligations to the extent that no event of force majeure hinders their performance.
